- Damaged or Faulty Items:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns Process
- If your return is approved:
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs will be covered by us for faulty or incorrect items
We will provide full return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Once your return is received and inspected:
