Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

All orders are shipped using CourierPost via NZ Post, a trusted nationwide courier service.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping fee across New Zealand for both urban and rural addresses.

Flat rate: $15 per order

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We do, however, endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them whenever possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Urban addresses: 1–3 business days

Rural addresses: 2–5 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary depending on NZ Post and your location.

Mother’s Day Delivery Cut-Off

We recommend placing your order by 4th May to ensure arrival in time for Mother’s Day.

Orders placed after this date are not guaranteed to arrive before Mother’s Day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, CourierPost may leave the parcel in a safe place or leave a calling card with further instructions.
